Exchange Policy/Return Policy/Refund Policy

At Dee Look Fashion, we ensure that every customer undergoes a stress-free purchase. Therefore, We have formed a friendly policy for our significant customers. Please read the following terms & conditions before making a purchase.

What is our Cancellation policy?

• For the cancellation of any product, please do it within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel your order, email us at contact@deelookfashion.com.

What is our exchange/ return policy?

• You may exchange the product  for a different size, or an entirely new style. In the unfortunate  case that any goods that you have ordered from us is not received in good condition—is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had expected—you may return or exchange the goods. For the process of return or exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along with original tags. The exchange is valid within 2 days from the date on which these goods were delivered. Returns are not valid on clearance merchandise.
• .Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for exchange.
• So,  If the product is eligible for size exchange, please mail us at contact@deelookfashion.com within 48 hours from the date of delivery of the parcel. Once your email gets notified by us, please send the product back to us by yourself.

 Note: We do not have a reverse pick-up facility. The cost of return shipping is to be made by the customer and is non-refundable. We suggest to return items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by deelookfashion.com will be treated as not returned. Please note that 2 percent bank charges will be deducted from total refund amount. 

Kindly remember to take acknowledgment receipt of the number of dispatched products from the courier guy, with his signature and mobile number. Dee look fashion  will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

• You can report the product within 2 days from the date of delivery.
• While returning the product, please mention your name, address, number, email, and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
• When the desired size of the product is not in stock, we issue a credit note for our customers with a validity of 30 days (from the date of receipt of store credit), is provided to our customer.
• In case of Damaged/Wrong delivery: If the merchandise is damaged or an incorrect item has been sent by mistake, you can write to us at contact@deelookfashion.com or contact us at 91 96100 06735 within 48 hours from the date of delivery of the parcel. Then, you can send the product back to us with your order number. When we will receive the damaged product, we will send you a fresh piece .

• Return / exchange/ damage / replacement request must be raised in 2 business days

  Once we receive the request for return / damage/ exchange/ replacement we will delivery new product in 7 business days

  
  Refund will be credited in 7 business days to the original bank account

  Shipping: order will be delivered in 7 business days
